Die von der Europäischen Kommission angestrenge ”Transparenzinitiative” steckte am Dienstag eine Niederlage ein: Ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb und ein Bauer aus Bayern hatten gegen die detaillierte Veröffentlichung der Zahlungen von EU-Agrarsubventionen geklagt und vorgestern vom EU-Gerichtshof Recht erhalten. Die Entscheidung des Gerichts besagt, dass die Informationen über natürliche Personen, die Empfänger von EU-Geldern sind, in der Form zukünftig nicht veröffentlicht werden dürfen.
